Our products are shipped within the following couriers: UPS, Canada Post and USPS. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THEIR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING THEIR ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are eligible to receive a refund, under special cicumstances [see "Refunds (If Applicable)" below], the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50. you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Our store policy is explicitly ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund after your order has been shipped. To be eligible for a refund, you must have pictures of your package upon receipt from the courier (showing the appearance of the box/package at all angles and on all sides, to see any damage from transportation or courier handling), as well as the inside of the box/package, and of course , the item/s. REQUEST FOR RETURN MUST BE SENT IN WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE, OR ELSE YOUR ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN IS VOIDED.
YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST BE ALSO IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Furthermore, to complete your return, WE REQUIRE A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE. Please do not send our products return in an unsecured box or packaging. We recommend crinkle paper, to fill up any empty space that might cause further damage to our products.
***ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO ONLY A ONE-TIME RETURN (FOR REFUND), unless the cause of damage to item/s are evidently from the transportation or courier handling. Considerations may apply.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
